Wade, the CEO and president of Rice Lake Construction Group, has been around the construction industry his entire life. Wade’s father was a carpenter superintendent on many water, wastewater, and hydro projects for companies including Acton, Austin P. Keller, and A&P Construction. As a youth, Wade worked on many of his father’s projects learning the business from the ground up.
Wade started his career as a project manager for Austin P. Keller Construction prior to coming to work for Rice Lake Construction Group. Wade was involved in the first water and wastewater treatment plants that Rice Lake Construction Group built and has been instrumental in growing the company from less than $5 million in sales to over $130 million in current sales.
Wade has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology.
With over 30 years of industrial construction experience, George Foote brings a wealth of knowledge to Rice Lake Construction Group. Comprehensive knowledge of all delivery methods including design-build, design-bid-build, CMAR, and construction management make him an invaluable member to the organization. George holds a degree in Industrial Construction Management from Colorado State University, is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and is certified by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
Kevin’s entire career has been rooted in construction, dating back to 1993 where he started as an estimator with Black & Veatch. He most recently served as Vice President of Project Delivery for Vercon, where he successfully led an expanded upper Midwest market presence. Prior to that, Kevin spent ten years as Director of Operations at Nor-Son, where he guided all company internal operations.
Kevin was also a Project Manager for M.A. Mortenson, where he coordinated such notable projects as Xcel Energy Center, FedEx Forum, St. Paul River Center, and Wayzata High School.
Kevin has a passion for building strong teams and relationships both internally and with clients through Design-Build and At-Risk Construction Management contract deliveries.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from North Dakota State University and is a LEED (Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design) accredited professional.
