Rice Lake Construction Group expanded the 8 mgd WEB Water Treatment Plant to a 12 mgd facility by adding a new flocculation, sedimentation and filter building with two new process trains. A chemical feed and workshop building as well as a treated water and backwash water pump station, containing four treated water pumps and three backwash pumps, were also added.
