Rice Lake Construction Group performed the masonry construction work on the Southwest State University residence hall built in 2009. The building, approximately 65,000 GSF, includes three floors with two wings of dormitory rooms arranged in single and double semi-suite fashion, offices, storage, lounges, laundry, elevators, mechanical, electrical, janitorial and auxiliary spaces.
